The state has implemented the National AYUSH Mission (NAM) from the very beginning and has aligned its programs according to the guidelines issued under NAM. The funds allocated and utilized by the state since the inception of the Mission are as follows:

Under NAM, the state has achieved several significant milestones, including the establishment of 761 Ayushman Arogya Mandir (AAM) AYUSH centers across all 12 districts of the state. This is a major achievement, with about 64% of AYUSH facilities upgraded as AAMs, ensuring deeper penetration of AYUSH healthcare services and improved patient outcomes.

The delivery of a wide range of services has increased significantly, with patients availing Minor Panchkarma, Surgical and Para-surgical procedures, Allergy Clinics, and Yoga services, now available across these centres.

Presently, 1134 Yoga Instructors have been engaged and posted in the respective Ayushman Arogya Mandirs (AAMs), strengthening preventive and promotive healthcare in the state.
