The authorized Content Manager from the Department of Ayush, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh must consistently contribute content in a standardized manner to ensure uniformity. To meet viewer requirements and facilitate efficient content retrieval, it is necessary to use a web-based Content Management System with a user-friendly interface for website contribution.

The content on the website/portal goes through the entire life-cycle process of:

• Creation
• Modification
• Approval
• Moderation
• Publishing
• Expiry
• Archival

Once content is contributed, it undergoes approval and moderation before being published on the website. The moderation process may involve multiple levels and is role-based. If content is rejected at any level, it is sent back to the content originator for modification.
